values

Values are principles that allow us to guide our behavior in function for us as people. They are fundamental beliefs that help us to prefer, appreciate and choose a few things rather than others, or one behavior instead. They are also a source of satisfaction and fullness.Provide us a guideline to formulate goals and purposes, personal or collective. They reflect our interests, feelings and most important beliefs.The values refer to human needs and represent ideals, dreams and aspirations, with an importance independent of circumstances. For example, even though we are unjust justice continues to have value. The same applies to the well-being or happiness.The values are valid for themselves. They are important for what they are, what they mean, and what they represent, and not by what is your opinion of them.Values, attitudes and behaviour are closely related. When we talk about attitude we refer to the provision of Act at any time, in accordance with our beliefs, feelings and values.Values translate into thoughts, concepts or ideas, but what they most appreciate is the behavior, what people do. A valuable person is someone who lives according to the values in which it believes.
